technically it's not ALL vampirie-y, which is partially why it's all good. It also includes ghosts, hot men, cool powers, hot men, and a surprisingly good plot, oh, and did I mention hot men?!

lol, anyway, it's called the Chronicles of the Necromancer, though, the books are rather big. I also recommend you read Poision Study, Magic Study and Fire Study by Maria Snyder.

Lol, AND, I have a new anime that has REALLY hot men. No red-heads, sadly, but plently of other hot men. Hanasekeru Seishounen, it's called.

(I'm partially tired, thus I'm hyper, which means I'm talkative.)
